Canceling an order on the OrganSite

Here you can submit your cancellation request for orders placed on the OrganSite, if the cancellation period (14 days from the date of order) has not yet expired.
If you wish to cancel a full access subscription or a music download, this is only possible if you have not yet logged in or downloaded anything.
If you wish to cancel an order for CDs, books, or calendars, and the items have already been shipped, you must return them after receiving them:
  • within 14 days
  • unused and undamaged
  • packed securely for shipping
  • at your own (customer’s) expense

In the event of a valid cancellation (see above), the purchase price will be refunded via the payment method you originally selected. If shipping, handling,
or PayPal fees were incurred at the time of purchase, those fees will also be refunded. Any return shipping costs are generally your responsibility.
