Right of cancellation You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods. To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform the OrganSite of your decision to cancel the purchase contract, e.g. by sending a letter by post (see Imprint for address) or an email: nachricht@die-orgelseite.de. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period. Consequences of cancellation: If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. For the refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction; in no case will you be charged any fees for the refund.
